What does an optimization actually do?

It unlocks the full performance of your PC. The default configurations are built for office systems, not for gaming rigs. Generic copy-paste placebo "tweaks" can also cause gameplay issues and high latency even if your system is capable of much more, without you even knowing it.

Is this safe for my PC?
