FrameSync Labs is an independently operated digital services provider based in the EU. We offer remote PC optimization services tailored to gaming performance.

Services

Our services include scheduled remote optimization sessions, during which we access and adjust system settings on your PC to improve gaming performance. All services are delivered remotely via secure screen-sharing software.

Booking and Payment

All services must be booked in advance through our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed terms.

In summary:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free.
• Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 20% fee.
• One reschedule is allowed for no-shows; additional missed appointments will be forfeited.
• Due to the nature of this service, refunds will not be issued after the service has been delivered or substantially performed.

Customer Responsibilities

By booking our service, you agree to:

• Provide a fully functional PC and stable internet connection.
• Be available at the scheduled time and respond to technician instructions.
• Not change any settings during your specified warranty period, otherwise the warranty will be void.

You retain full control and can end the session at any time, but doing so may result in forfeiting the session if the service was already underway.

Intellectual Property

Any tools, scripts, processes, or configurations used during your session remain the intellectual property of FrameSync Labs. You may not copy, share, or reproduce them without permission.

Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to optimize your system safely and effectively, we are not liable for:

• Issues arising from pre-existing hardware or software problems.
• Performance limitations due to your system specifications.
• Any indirect or consequential losses.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked session.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a session at our discretion if:

• We detect unsafe, abusive, or suspicious behavior.
• The customer fails to provide access or participate.
• The system is not suitable for optimization.

In such cases, we will offer a refund or reschedule if appropriate.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the EU.

These Giveaway Terms apply to all prize draws and promotions ("Giveaways") run by FrameSync Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By entering, you agree to these Terms in addition to our main Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

How to Enter

You can earn entries into eligible Giveaways in three ways. No purchase necessary to enter.

• PC Optimization Session You will receive 1 entry for every €1 (EUR) spent on eligible services on framesynclabs.com, excluding taxes, payment processor fees and discount coupon deductions.
• Discord Server Boosts Each active boost on our official Discord server (https://discord.gg/FSL) grants 5 free entries per boost. Boosting the server does not require a purchase from FrameSync Labs, but may require an active Discord Nitro subscription. Max 10 entries total.
• Twitter Engagement Follow us on Twitter (https://x.com/framesynclabs), like, and retweet the official giveaway post to earn 10 additional free entries.

Entries earned from different methods (bookings, server boosts & engagement) are combined into a single total per participant, giving you a higher chance to win.

Eligibility

This Giveaway is open to residents of the following regions only: European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), United States of America (USA), and Canada (except the province of Quebec).

Due to legal restrictions, we unfortunately cannot accept entries from Brazil, Italy, India, China, Russia, or any countries currently under international sanctions.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to enter.

Draws, Winners, and Fairness

• Giveaway periods, prize details, and any additional rules will be announced in advance on our website or Discord server.
• Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries collected during the giveaway period.
• Entries are tracked internally and verified before each draw to ensure fairness and eligibility.
• All winners are always drawn and announced live on our Discord server: https://discord.gg/FSL.

Prizes and Delivery

• Prizes, approximate retail values, and any specific conditions will be clearly stated in each Giveaway announcement.
• Prize delivery is free of charge. A tracking number will be provided where applicable.
• Winners may be required to provide a valid shipping address, contact details, or any necessary information to fulfil the prize.
• If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within the timeframe specified in the announcement, we reserve the right to select an alternate winner.

Insider Access and Additional Benefits

Every completed booking on framesynclabs.com grants you "Insider" status for future Giveaways and promotions, including early access to certain pre-release content or events, as described in the relevant announcement.

Limitations and Disclaimers

• This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with AMD, Discord, or any other third party, even if their products are mentioned as prizes.
• By entering, you release AMD, Discord, and any other non-FrameSync third parties from any responsibility related to the Giveaway.
• We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend a Giveaway if technical issues, fraud, or circumstances beyond our control affect its integrity or proper operation.
